How do I use the solid shampoo correctly?

1. Dampen your hair with warm water.
2. You can apply the shampoo directly to your scalp while showering, or lather it between your hands and then massage it into your hair.
3. Repeat cleansing if necessary.

What's the best way to store the shampoo after use?

For drying, you can place the shampoo in our Soap Box with a draining sieve, or hang it in our Soap Bag.

What's the difference compared to liquid shampoo?

Solid shampoo contains no water, but rather more nourishing oils and more cleansing ingredients. This makes solid shampoo more concentrated than liquid shampoo and can therefore replace up to 3 conventional shampoo bottles.

How long does the shampoo last with regular use?

That depends on the amount of hair and the method of application. A shampoo (100g) lasts an average of 2-3 months.

Why doesn't the shampoo lather?

Due to the nourishing ingredients, the shampoo may lather less during the first wash. However, this does not mean that your hair is not getting clean! If you want more lather, wash a second time.

What's the difference between the body bar and the solid shampoo?

Although both look similar, they are formulated differently and specifically tailored to their area of use:

Solid Shampoo Bar:
- Contains mild surfactants, vegetable oils, and active ingredients
- pH-hair-friendly (approx. 5–6), gentle on the scalp
- Simultaneously conditions & cleanses hair and beard perfectly

Body Bar:
- Classically saponified, thoroughly cleansing
- Alkaline (pH approx. 9–10) and thus ideal for normal to oily skin
- Is gentle on healthy skin, but can be drying on hair

👉 The crucial difference: The solid shampoo is mild & nourishing, thus great for sensitive scalps. The Body Bar is stronger in cleansing and therefore good for the skin, but can dry out the hair.

Can I also use the Sensitive shampoo for my beard?

Yes, it's also suitable for your beard.
