If you are not yet sure which razor blades to choose, we offer our Störtebekker razor blades as a trial set. It contains five blades. Our razor blades are made of Swedish stainless steel, which is particularly robust. Despite their stability, the blade is very sharp and gentle on the skin. As with any other razor blade, you should not use it for more than 2-5 shaves. This ensures that your blade does not get dull and that you always have a sharp razor blade at hand. After shaving, it is sufficient to rinse it briefly and put it back into your razor dry. The razor blades can be disposed of in your household waste and do not need to be disposed of separately. If you want to save more, ideally go straight for our Störtebekker razor blades in a 100-pack. Then you won't need to get new razor blades for quite some time.
Our Störtebekker razor blades fit into all our safety razors and straight razors and are inserted in exactly the same way. When opening the razor blade, be careful not to cut yourself. It is best to hold them by the short sides, as only the two long sides of the razor blade are sharp. For the safety razor, open the clasp by turning the bottom end of the handle clockwise. You can now insert the razor blade flat into the slot from above, screw it shut, and you're ready to go. For the straight razor, break the blade while it is still in the packaging first. There is no risk of injury here. Now take the straight razor and open it completely. You can now take one half of the razor blade and slide it onto the designated pins. Now you can slide the upper part over the inserted razor blade and close the clasp completely. Your straight razor is now also ready for shaving.
